LEA to prepare and provide the Region of York, Region of Waterloo, City of Regina, City of Windsor, and City of Lethbridge with a Threat Risk Assessment Plan and a Security and Response/Recovery Plan. The study will focus on security and terrorism threats and include security procedures, a comprehensive threat risk assessment, a security training program for front line and a review of the utilization and management of technology for security enhancement and security escalation/de-escalation protocols.

LEA Consulting Ltd., on behalf of the City of Mississauga, provided a transportation study that developed primarily as an asset management exercise to assess the physical conditions of the road. As a collaboration between Works and Planning Department,s, this study encompassed both infrastructure maintenance and planning needs.

The Region of York has a new, quicker transit service called VIVA. LEA, in partnership with others, were the Owner's Engineers on the York Region Rapid Transit Plan. LEA was specifically responsible for managing all aspects related to the design and implementation of ITS technologies for the Quick Start phase.
