Mr. Pinaki Roychowdhury is a qualified Civil Engineer with a postgraduate qualification in Highway and Transportation engineering from IIT Kharagpur. With 11 years of experience in the field of Highway Planning and Project management, he has worked on nearly over 25 highway/expressway projects funded by domestic and international agencies. He has designed nearly many kilometres of highways and is thoroughly conversant with the latest design softwares. He has advised on all matters related to detailed engineering design and project management for highway, bridge projects of various magnitudes. Under his guidance, LASA’s department of Highway Engineering has grown to over 250 staff.

Dr. M.P. Raju is a qualified civil engineer with higher academic credentials in traffic engineering, transport economics and planning. He has over 18 years of experience, and over 40 projects to his credit. He is known for his expertise in Policy Planning, Economic decisions, institutional development, socio-economic and environmental planning at urban, regional and national levels. Besides his technical skills, he has also contributed significantly to LASA’s diversification with new ideas and thoughts. His attention to detail and creativity set high standards and translate into projects and studies which have earned LASA its solid reputation over the last ten years. Dr. Raju manages the planning units of LASA.
