LEA has the expertise to conduct feasibility studies
for determining order-of-magnitude costs and benefits for proposed courses
of action. A feasibility study often sets the groundwork for determining
subsequent measures for a project.
LEA uses a systematic methodology to deliver the best
solution in response our client's needs. LEA makes every effort to understand
the specific situation, analyze the problem, and create, analyze and refine
the solution(s). Potential benefits, resources, obstacles, and risks are
assessed leading to a recommendation grounded on fact. Where required,
LEA staff can evaluate, improve, and implement many of the proposed solutions.
