Heartland Business Community - Parking Garage

The Heartland Business Community Parking Garage was undertaken for Orlando Corporation in summer 1998 with construction work starting in November 1998. The garage will largely serve the office building at 55 Standish Court. |

Canada Life Head Office Master Plan, Toronto

The Canada Life Head Office (CLAHO) Master Plan Study was undertaken on behalf of Adason Properties Ltd., beginning in 1991 and culminating in the completion of the Phase I building in the spring of 1994. Phase II is scheduled for 1999, with LEA remaining on the design team. |

Yonde/Dundas Redevelopment Project

In 1996 the City of Toronto Council adopted a program to regenerate and revitalize lower Yonge St. in downtown Toronto, the City’s main shopping street. The vicinity of the Yonge/Dundas intersection is a prominent location and the City chose this location to promote a public/private partnership to provide good quality premises and a better environment on the street for retail and entertainment facilities. |

Palace Place Condominium Tower

The original Phase I four-level underground garage at the Palace Place Condominium complex required reconfiguration and repairs for a variety of reasons.
The condominium complex was expanded in the late 80’s/early 90’s through construction of a second high rise building and second parking garage. This expansion necessitated functional retrofit of the existing parking garage. |
