Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will play a dual role, focusing on both Financial and Project Accounting within the Accounting Department. This role involves budgeting, financial reporting, and project cost monitoring, as well as overseeing invoices, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This role will involve supervising and mentoring accounting staff. The Controller will collaborate closely with Project Managers, the CFO, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations and compliance. As a Transportation Technologist, you will support transportation planning and traffic engineering projects through the collection, analysis, and documentation of transportation data. You will conduct field surveys, operate traffic data collection equipment, and assist in the preparation of technical studies and reports.

The Highway Designer is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and delivery of highway infrastructure projects within the Civil Division. This role contributes to the preparation of technical design deliverables, coordination with project teams and stakeholders, and application of transportation engineering principles and design standards to support the successful completion of projects. The Highway Designer works collaboratively with engineers, designers, and project managers while continuing to develop technical expertise in highway design and project delivery.

As an Intermediate/Senior Bridge Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, design, evaluation, and rehabilitation of transportation structures across Ontario. Working closely with Senior Engineers and Project Managers, you will contribute to a variety of bridge and structural engineering projects, applying sound engineering judgment to develop practical, innovative, and client-focused solutions.

The Senior Highway Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of complex highway infrastructure projects within the Civil Division. This role provides technical leadership, manages multidisciplinary project teams, oversees project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

In this role, you will conduct a variety of field surveys and audits involving vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, transit operations, parking utilization, travel times, and roadway conditions to support transportation planning and traffic engineering studies throughout York Region and surrounding municipalities.
