On 26 June 2021, India’s Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi along with Uttar Pradesh’s Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath reviewed the development vision document prepared by LEA India. LEA was selected as the Lead Consultant to prepare the vision, implementation strategy and integrated infrastructure plan for Ayodhya. The Vision document envisions Ayodhya to be developed as a global spiritual and tourism destination. It is expected that by 2047, Ayodhya will be a leading spiritual center, global tourism hub, and sustainable smart city.
LEA India’s Urban Planning team has been involved in the preparation of city development plans including vision and strategies as well as master plans for cities across India and Oman. Some of our notable works include Master Plan for Indian cities such as Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Rajamundry, and Warangal; Integrated Master Plan for Hyderabad (India); Comprehensive Master Plan for Al-Batinah Coastal Region (Oman); and Regional Spatial Strategy for Muscat (Oman).
