Team members from LEA participated in the annual Sporting Life 10k run in Toronto in support of Camp Oochigeas, an overnight camp in Muskoka for children with and affected by childhood cancer. The camp offers children the opportunity to laugh, explore, and play freely while still having close access to medical staff and treatments.
The race began the morning of May 14
th, 2017 at Yonge and Eglinton. The sun was out on race day and our participants (in their brand-new LEA team shirts, to boot!) enjoyed the beautiful conditions and great company as they raced for 10 kilometers down a shut-down Yonge Street until they reached the finish line near the waterfront at Fort York.
Big congratulations go out to everyone that participated in the event! For more information, and a look at all the results, check out the website at
