Project Desciption

In 2026, LASA won a new project in Madagascar-Update of Studies and Monitoring of the Rehabilitation Work on the Henakara Haut-Bevoay Road (22 km). The project involves studying and verifying the plans and technical files for the rehabilitation of the 22 km section from the Rural Commune of Enakara to Bevoay, carried out within the framework of the DEFIS program. LASA will build on existing studies and propose improved technical options, ensuring designs comply with Malagasy regulations and engineering best practices. 

Project Objective: 

The primary objective of this consultancy is to execute the project titled: “Consulting services for the Update of Studies and Control and Monitoring of the rehabilitation works of the Henakara Haut-Bevoay Track (22 km)” by ensuring high quality designs and construction of all works, project management, timely implementation of the project, compliance with the safeguard’s requirements of the contract and AfDB Integrated Safeguard System (ISS) environmental and social framework, and generally meeting all contract requirements as per good engineering practices, which conforms with applicable standards and technical specifications. 

Services: 

  • Updating of APS and APD studies, including the development of execution plans and the Call for Tender Document (DAO); for a period of one (01) month. 

  • Control and supervision of works; for a period of six (06) months.
