As independent professional engineers and planners, LEA provides procurement support services to public and private sector clients in the infrastructure, buildings, and transportation markets.
Our services include initial planning, recommendations, and costing for project procurements and strategy/implementation planning to assist clients with concrete plans for advancing large scale procurements. Services also include the development of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement documentation and advisory in vendor interviews, proposal scoring, and project management for project execution.
