Environmental Noise & Vibration

Facilities with equipment producing noise into the environment are required to obtain an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) permit from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP). An application of the permit requires a noise and vibration assessment such as an Acoustic Assessment Report (AAR).
