LEA has extensive experience working with private sector clients on projects including condos, buildings, and post-secondary institutions.

A few notable building projects are: 

• Soudan Avenue Apartments: two 24 storey towers with 4 levels of underground parking and a total project size of 46,172m².

• 861-863 St. Clair Ave. W: residential tower, in which LEA was retained to provide structural, civil and traffic engineering services.

• Kingsway Development: $150M block wide development consisting of 4 midrise buildings, where LEA’s work included buildings A, B, and D of the complex, a total of 24 Storeys with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 360,000 ft², and 7 levels of underground parking totaling 270,000 ft².
