LEA’s Kelsey Waugh has been promoted as the Toronto Section Executive President of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) for the year 2020. Kelsey is a Transportation Engineer with LEA who has been with the firm since 2015.
The ITE Toronto Section covers the GTA, central and northern Ontario and is made up of over 700 individuals. As the president of the Toronto Section Executive, Kelsey will lead the executive to organize events for, and by, transportation professionals.
