The objective of the assignment is to develop a strategic bankable Road Sector Investment Program III document to invite investments in the road sector development, with the end goal of transforming Zambia from a land-locked country to land-linked country. The prepared document shall address various aspects in terms of mobility, connectivity, accessibility, safety poverty alleviation leading to a boost in the economy of the country with well maintained, climate resilient road infrastructure.
